Glory Medical Care is a mixed billing family general practice located in Bankstown, Sydney, Australia. The practice was established in 2012 and consists of two Australian-trained doctors, supported by friendly receptionists. Our mission is to provide the highest quality of healthcare to all our patients. We provide a comprehensive range of family medical services while incorporating a holistic approach toward the diagnosis and management of our patients and their illness. We are committed to promoting health, well being and disease prevention to all of our patients and we do not discriminate. Glory Medical Care aims to treat all patients with dignity and respect.
We welcome bulk billing patients, private patients, students with health insurance, WorkCover patients and Compulsory Third-Part (CTP) patients.

Dr Raymond Y.T. Wong
Dr Raymond Wong was born in Hong Kong and graduated from medicine at the University of Sydney. He is a friendly and knowledgeable GP who has had extensive training in general practice as well as many special interests.
He also holds an honours degree in Physiotherapy and a Diploma in Paediatrics.
He has been practicing for the last 20 years in different locations, including various medical centres in Sydney, Bankstown Hospital, Sydney Children's Hospital & Royal Hospital for Women. His mission is to provide thorough, high quality care to all his patients.
Dr Raymond Wong's many medical interests include children's health, musculoskeletal medicine and internal medicine.
He enjoys astronomy, gadgets, music and volunteering on mission trips around the world.

Dr Joshua Wan
Dr Joshua Wan was born in the UK and has a Malaysian heritage.
He graduated in 2003 from the University of New South Wales and completed his training at the Royal North Shore Hospital as well as the Children's Hospital, Westmead. He has special interests in Paediatrics, Adolescents, Dermatology and Men's health.
He loves skateboarding, the cello and anywhere by the water. He has been involved in volunteer medical work involving HIV health in South-East Asia.

Our practice has access to phone translation services for most languages and translation services for the hearing impaired. Please inform the receptionist ahead of time of booking if these services are needed. Alternatively you can book directly on

Health Information and Privacy
Glory Medical Care is a paperless practice. This means we keep all your records on computer / digital format only. Our systems are secured and regularly backed up. Your information is kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with other surgeries without your written consent. If you do require your records to be transferred to another medical practitioner, please complete a Transfer of Records Consent Form. The records will be sent directly to the requested practitioner. There may be an administration fee that is applicable. Please be aware that when we are referring you to other health providers it is expected that we include medical history that may be relevant to your care.
Patient Test Results
Patients should always make arrangements to have test results discussed with their doctor in a timely manner. For privacy issues we ask patients to book in to discuss their results. Results will only be discussed over the phone with the doctor’s prior approval. If results require urgent attention we will contact you on your provided contact details. Please try and keep your contact details up to date.
Reminders and Recalls
Glory Medical Care is committed to preventative health care. We may need to contact you on some occasions with a reminder to attend for screening, health checks or if you have not attended to receive your results. In addition to our reminders you may be entered onto Government health registers who may contact you directly. Examples of these include the National Cervical Screening Register (NCSR) and Australian Immunisation Register (AIR). If you have questions about any of these please advise the doctor or receptionist.
