APPOINTMENTS
We prefer appointments and will accept walk in patients if we have availability. You can make appointments by calling 97093888 during working hours.
Appointments are generally scheduled for 15 minutes. Please inform our receptionist at the time of booking if you require a longer appointment time.
Please inform reception immediately if you have a problem that requires prompt medical attention.
Unfortunately, emergencies do arise from time to time and these will be given priority. Nobody likes to be kept waiting and we endeavour to keep on time, but medical emergencies cannot be foreseen. One way to alleviate waiting times is to ensure that you book your appointment for the appropriate length of time. Ask our receptionist to assist if you are not sure how long you need. This will help to ensure we have the time to see you and to help us keep our waiting times down. If you require another appointment it is advisable to book this in before you leave the practice.

LONG APPOINTMENTS are available on request and are necessary for the following:
URGENT medical problems will be endeavoured to be seen on the same day.
IF IT IS A LIFE THREATENING EMERGENCY PLEASE CALL "000" FOR AN AMBULANCE.

- First time visits for thorough medical history check
- Complex medical problems
- Diabetes/ Asthma Checks
- Multiple Problems
- Counselling
- Initial Workers Compensation (WorkCover)
- Initial Compulsory Third-Party (CTP)
- Procedures
